Shipping policy

All orders have the option for free shipping and are shipped out ASAP (1-2 business days). We ship everywhere across the United States, Canada, and to addresses that are overseas.

You will receive a shipping confirmation after your order has been shipped. Tracking information will be updated within one business day by the carrier.

Please keep the following in mind while estimating when your order will be delivered:

• Recov™ ships Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (EST), except holidays.
• Orders chosen with UPS will be delivered Monday through Friday. Orders chosen with USPS will be delivered Monday through Saturday. Both excluding holidays.
• Addresses that point to a PO box cannot be delivered by UPS.
• If your order was chosen with UPS Next Day or Second Day Air before 4:00 pm (EST), your order will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 4:00 pm, it will be processed the next day.
• Package weight and the distance of delivery determine shipping rates. These will be calculated before finishing checkout.
